1. Services Offered:
The photographer, [Stephanie Collins], trading as [Stephanie Adele Photography], agrees to provide photography services as described in the agreed-upon package or as outlined in the specific project proposal.

2. Payment:
A non-refundable deposit fee of [50%] is required to secure the photographer's services for the specified date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled event or session. Payments can be made by [Bank Transfer].

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer fee is non-refundable. b. The client may reschedule the session with at least [Number of Days] notice, subject to the photographer's availability.

4. Copyright and Usage:
a. The photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the session or event. b. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal spaces. c. Commercial use of images requires explicit written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Delivery of Images:
a. The photographer will deliver the edited, high-resolution images within [Number of Weeks] weeks from the date of the session or event. b. The method of delivery will be agreed upon between the photographer and the client.

6. Client Cooperation:
a. The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer to achieve the desired results, including but not limited to following guidance on posing and being punctual for scheduled sessions.

7. Editing and Retouching:
a. The photographer will provide basic editing and retouching services to enhance the quality of the images. b. Requests for extensive retouching or additional editing beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges.

8. Liability:
a. The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session or event. b. The client is responsible for the behavior of all individuals participating in the session.

9. Force Majeure:
a. The photographer will not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, equipment malfunctions, or illness.
